1. Membership Terms

True Testosterone 4 Men offers a subscription-based service that includes telehealth consultations, lab testing, and hormone prescriptions.

Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis at a rate of $250 per month unless otherwise stated.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method automatically for each billing cycle.

Membership is available only to residents of California, Georgia, Texas, Maryland, Florida, Tennessee, and Washington.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

2. Payment & Billing

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other major credit cards.

You credit card/account will be billed by Elevate Longevity Corporation.

Payments are processed automatically on your billing date. If a payment fails, your account may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders for prescribed medications are fulfilled after completion of lab testing and provider consultation.

Medication shipments typically occur every 2-3 months to ensure continuous treatment.

Shipping is handled by third-party providers and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

We do not guarantee specific delivery times, but tracking information may be provided.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

4.1 No Refunds for Membership Fees

All membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. This includes:

Subscription fees (monthly, quarterly, or annual)

Consultation fees

Lab testing fees

Medical evaluations and treatment plans

4.2 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time, but refunds will not be issued for unused portions of your subscription.

Membership access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded.

4.3 Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases)

Refunds may be granted only in the following circumstances:

Duplicate Charges – If you were mistakenly charged twice, a refund will be issued.

Technical Errors – If a billing error occurs due to a system malfunction, we will correct the charge.

Unfulfilled Services – If a scheduled consultation was missed due to our fault, a partial refund or rescheduling may be offered.

4.4 Prescription & Lab Test Fees

Fees for lab testing, prescriptions, and medications are non-refundable once processed. These services are fulfilled by third-party providers and cannot be reversed after ordering.

Initiating a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us may result in:

Immediate suspension of your account

Review of your membership status

Additional processing fees for chargebacks

5. User Responsibilities & Medical Disclaimer

Our services are for informational and treatment purposes only and do not replace in-person medical care.

Members must provide accurate, honest medical history and information during their consultations.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who provides false information or does not meet medical eligibility criteria.
