1. No Refunds for Membership Fees
All membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for:
Subscription Fees (monthly, quarterly, or annual)
Consultation Fees
Lab Testing Fees
Medical Evaluations & Treatment Plans
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription.
If you cancel before your next billing cycle, you will retain access until the end of your current term.
Once a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded.
3. Refund Eligibility (Exceptional Cases)
Refunds may only be granted in the following limited situations:
Duplicate Charges – If you were mistakenly charged twice, we will issue a refund for the duplicate payment.
Technical Errors – If a billing error occurs due to a system malfunction, we will correct the charge.
Unfulfilled Services – If you did not receive a scheduled consultation due to an issue on our end, you may be eligible for a partial refund or service rescheduling.

4. Prescription & Lab Test Fees
All fees for lab testing, prescriptions, and medications are non-refundable once processed. These services are fulfilled by third-party providers and cannot be reversed after they have been ordered.
5. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Initiating a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us may result in:
Immediate suspension of your account.
A review of your membership status.
Additional fees for chargeback processing.
We encourage members to reach out to us first to resolve any billing concerns.
6. Changes to This Return Policy
We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
